Multifaceted Patient Manager – Sugar Land and Katy, Texas
Position Overview: Accomplished professional with a proven track record in business analysis, data analytics, and project management. Skilled in leading and implementing complex projects, including the development of Monitoring and Reporting Tools. Expertise in Results Based Management and program evaluation, with a focus on providing strategic guidance and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Direct and supervise daily operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring adherence to standardized procedures and protocols.
- Patient Care Coordination: Facilitate smooth patient flow, from scheduling appointments to coordinating diagnostic tests and treatments, while prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.
- IT Data Tracking Systems Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems for tracking patient data, medical records, and clinic performance metrics, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Evaluation and Quality Control: Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks to assess patient care quality, clinic efficiency, and staff performance, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
- Staff Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to clinic staff members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance patient care coordination, resource utilization, and community outreach initiatives.
Project Management and Leadership Skills:
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing Monitoring and Reporting Tools (MRT) for effective patient tracking across multiple clinic locations.
- Manage initiatives for tracking and reporting patient outcomes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Spearhead the development of comprehensive departmental plans, aligning with clinic goals and policies.
- Manage contracts and evaluation teams, maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Implement Results Based Management policies, providing guidance to staff and partners across the clinic network.
Data Analytics and Business Analysis Skills:
- Utilize advanced tools including SPSS, Eviews, SAS, and Excel for comprehensive data analysis related to patient care and clinic operations.
- Design and develop databases and web solutions to enhance clinic efficiency and resource utilization.
- Conduct statistical and economic analyses to evaluate patient outcomes and clinic performance.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders, effectively communicating insights to inform decision-making.
Strategic Planning and Advisory Skills:
- Provide strategic advice to clinic management, assisting in decision-making and goal setting to optimize patient care.

Work Schedule:
40 hr/wk, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, social sciences, business administration, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification from an international institution.
- A minimum of four years of experience in project management, including supervision of senior staff or in other relevant capacities.
