Left with no answers from the doctor, he sat there and googled what my medication was for and then told me to just cut it in half because my blood pressure is low, sir I did not come in for you to check my blood pressure I came to get some answers about my kidneys. He rushed us out and said I'll see you in a month ha! yeah right thief

I really liked Dr. Hussain. He is kind, compassionate and a wonderful doctor. I'd still be using him except for Anna in his office. She is rude and argumentative. I just don't want to deal with her again. I don't need to be treated like that.

Quality doctors, absolutely negligent third-party hiring practices. Call at 5:49 p.m. yesterday trying to call back a nurse and leave a message. Some African-American young woman answered the phone clearly not interested in doing her job because whenever I asked her to leave a message for me for the nurse to call back, she kindly explained to me that the office was closed and that she would not be doing any such thing. She then hung up on me whenever I asked her why she picked up the phone if she wasn't going to do her job. I then called back 12 times each time she answered the phone and then hung up immediately. On the 13th call I explained to her that I'd be filing a complaint with a supervisor and that's when she indefinitely placed me on hold with no intention of answering it again. I hung up and then confirmed my hypothesis by the fact that she just refused to pick up the phone any further. I did not curse at her. I only wanted to leave a message letting the nurse know that my grandfather doesn't need to reschedule his appointment because he's freaking DEAD.

So yeah thanks but no thanks. Hold your hirelings accountable for their actions.

Once the appointment is made, they'll keep in contact with your referring doctor for documents and to remind you of the appointment. That makes the process seamlessly smooth. The doctor is ingenious, warm and friendly. The office staff are organized, fast and work with you on timing. I highly recommend Dr. Syed Hussain and his staff.

My husband was under the care of Dr. Syed Hussain in the hospital. Received excellent care. During follow up appt in office he remains very professional & down to earth. You feel comfortable & he listens to your concerns.

Dr. Hussain is an excellent doctor. Very thorough and compassionate. Front lobby was very warm and no internet available at the office. These are minor issues and want to focus on my excellent review for Dr. Hussain. It also took 30 minutes before anyone checked us in at the front desk .

Dr. Hussain is an amazing Nephrologist! Under his care I have seen drastic improvements in my health and most importantly he always made me feel comfortable. He explained my condition in a way that was simple for me to understand and told me exactly how each change would benefit me along with the risks alongside it. Overall he is an outstanding doctor who I would recommend to anyone needing a nephrologist! He is extremely professional and truly tries to make things simple and cost efficient for his patients.
